EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Chinese have strong influence in the Filipino culture, which is very evident in a lot
of aspects in Filipinos’ lives. One notable influence of the Chinese is their cuisine. Filipinos
have adopted a lot of their cuisine in such Filipinos even make their own variations of their
popular dishes. An example of this is Pancit and Siomai. But there is one Chinese food that has
been all over the place the most, which is Siomai. Its versatility as a snack or as paired with rice
in a meal has made it a go-to snack by a lot of Filipinos. With this observation, the researches
decided to come up with a fusion of the Chinese delicacy and Filipinos’ favorite dishes.

1. The weather condition is a big threats, for we are in an open area.
2. The famous and trusted stores of meranao siomai are our comprtitors.
3. The competitors already made a satisfaction to the people.
Target Market
My target market is our school. The students of our school with the age between 13-18
yrs. Old. I will introduce my business to my fellow students by serving them my products and
giving them the satisfaction that they want. In case my business will be successful inside our
school. I plan to expand my business in our barangay and nearby communities.

This business show that the Meranao Siomai is a feasible feature. It will be a viable
business if the base situation can be maintained. The business is main barrier in achieving
economic success will be reaching the desired level of sales in competitive premium Meranao
Siomai st Brgy. Cadayonan, Marawi City and gaining market exposure in the rest of the city.
Failure to meet projected sales levels may result in infeasibility of this venture because it is
essential to reach full production capacity as soon as possible. Providing the sales level barrier
can overcome.
