Dear Honorable Consul-General;

I am Eva Luna Murata, Filipino, of legal age and a long term resident of Japan and an employee of
KANEMI SHOKUHIN YOKOHAMA Food Company.

My four year old son Daisuke Luna Murata is presently at the Philippines, we came there to visit our
relatives last March 2015. Since I was employed to KANEMI SHOKUHIN YOKOHAMA Food Company, I
don’t have to spend for long time so I decided to go back to Japan and my son left in the Philippines to
spend more times together with our relatives. I miss my son so much so I think this was the time that he
has to go back here in Japan.

In this regard, I would like to invite my sister Dona Belle Aguilar Luna to come and visit here in Japan. In
view of this we don’t have to be worry of my son’s arrival knowing that he is accompanied by my sister
in good hand. We would be very grateful if you grant my sisters application. Should my invitation merit
your kind approval.
