Referring and assisting in the preparation of NDT procedure.
Assisting in the preparation of welding procedure specification and Procedure qualification
record.
Assisting welder qualificationprocess for different test positions both in groove and fillet.
Preparation of the Standard Test Procedure for Liquid Penetrant Examination, Magnetic
Particle Examination for welds & riveting fasteners, and Ultrasonic Examination for both raw
material and welds.
Preparation of Quality Assurance Matrix.
Inspection & Approval of Raw Material based on the Quality assurance matrix.
Verification of Mill Test Certificate against the procurement of Raw materials
