OBJECTIVE:
To embark my career as HVAC designer, draftsman & BIM REVIT MODELER (HVAC for
around 15 months). With more than 15 years’ experience in the field of Building services
specialized in HVAC designing with excellent communication skills with intermediate
knowledge of other MEP services. Working towards the chartered ship status and hence
looking forward to join a progressive organization to enhance my capabilities in construction
sector & be an asset to the team that sustainably works towards the growth of organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Designing of complete HVAC for villas, ware house, residential & commercial
buildings.
All HVAC design Load calculations including Pump Head, Static Pressure calculations
using different kind of software such as HAP & Carrier block load.
Knowledge of all kinds of HVAC –systems such as VAV, CAV, VRF Air & Water
systems.
Selection of HVAC Equipments such as Chillers, Packaged units, split units, AHU’S,
FCU’s, Fan & Pumps selection based on design & type.
External Static Pressure calculations for Ventilation & Stair case pressurization fans
Duct designing using equal friction method, constant velocity & static regain method.
Prepare all schematics related to HVAC works
Work w.r.t to technical specifications & International standards
Chilled water pipe selection, design & pipe sizing
Preparation of preliminary drawings for the project.
Preparation of all HVAC tender, detailed, riser & sectional drawings.
Preparing complete HVAC designing & shop drawings for all kinds of systems such as
ducted split, package & chilled water system.
Ability to maintain high drafting standard & have experience in working with block,
layers & X-ref system
Ability to produce details of highest quality & clarity. As HVAC designer & draftsman
Knowledge of HVAC International standards & codes such as ASHRAE, SMACNA.
Preparing & Reading of all MEP Coordination design & shop drawings.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS BIM MODELER
Preparation of HVAC 3D model and all kind of HVAC drawings by using REVIT.
Preparation of families, schedules & schematic drawings by using REVIT.
Co-ordination of services using REVIT.
Creating a template for mechanical discipline
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Diploma in Mechanical. Crp (Dis.E)
COMPUTER SKILLS:
AUTOCAD, REVIT, HAP, & BLOCK LOAD design HVAC software.
MS Word, MS Power point, MS Excel & MS Outlook.
