Cheerleading Safety and Dance Insights

Edwin Jr. S. Wayagwag was participating in activity #1 for STEM strand 12. He discussed things to remember to avoid injuries in cheerleading such as wearing protective gear like back, wrist, ankle, and shoulder supports. Protective gear can help strengthen muscles and avoid injuries for base cheerleaders handling pressure during stunts. He also discussed the importance of remixed music for cheer dancing but did not expand on his thoughts. Edwin choreographed a simple cheer dance and thought his performance was worth watching, but did not provide any highlights to prove it.
