ACTIVITY #2

NAME: WAYAGWAG, EDWIN JR. S.

STRAND: STEM 12-AXIOM
ACTIVITY #: 1

1. What are the things that you should remember to avoid injuries prior to cheerleading?
- The things that should be remembered to avoid injuries prior to cheerleading are: Wearing protective gear (back, wrist,
ankle or shoulder support) may help to strengthen commonly used muscles, particularly for base cheerleaders. With the
amount of pressure applied to the foundation, a good stability brace for common cheerleading injuries can help avoid
injury during a stunt.
2. What is the importance of remixed music in cheer dancing? Expand your thoughts.
- Remixed music in cheer dancing is the one that is giving a grove to the dance. It also serves as a guide for the dancers on
the dance steps they will use. It also gives something that makes your body move comfortably and willingly. On what I
believe, remixed music is the heart of the cheer dance a performer will perform. Without it, you might lose the feeling of
enjoyment in cheer dancing.
3. As an individual who choreographed himself a simple cheer dance presentation, do you think your performance is worth
watching? What are your highlights to prove such?
- I definitely do think my performance is worth watching because I have done my best in doing it and also in editing it, that
takes so much time than we could imagine. The highlight I believe of that simple cheer dance presentation are the
combinations that were put in the mix of steps. I have carefully studied the steps to know how to properly do them. This is
why I certainly believe that my presentation is worth watching.
