Introduction.
The medicinal herb mixtures listed below are made at Pindari mostly from the fresh
herbs organically grown at Pindari Herb Farm.
The mixtures are "synergistic" formulations combining the herbal and homoeopathic
qualities of the fresh plant tinctures with homoeopathic and flower essences to give a
broad spectrum of potential healing energies.
The formulations are designed to support bodily systems towards wellness. For an
understanding of the mental and emotional factors affecting physical body health we

page.

MIXTURE FORMULATIONS
STEADY and READY herbal mixture M1
Formulated to help relieve mental & emotional trauma, thus helping to quieten the mind &
relax the body without sedation.
Formula - St. Johns wt, Rosemary, Liquorice and Lavender fresh plant tinctures plus flower essences
& tissue salts.
Indications - irritability, mild depression, nervousness, mental anguish, emotional and mental stress.
Caution: This mixture contains St Johns wort that should not be taken with some drugs including
Warfarin and some anti-depressants.
Dose - 20 to 40 drops directly onto the tongue or sipped in a little water three times daily and or when
required. (Children half dose)
SLEEPY and STEADY herbal mixture M2
Formulated to encourage a relaxed sleep and to steady the emotions.
Formula - Skullcap, St. Johns wort, Lime flowers, Chamomile, Californian poppy fresh plant tinctures
plus flower essences.
Indications - Sleeplessness due to mental and emotional stress, and other related causes.
Caution: This mixture contains St Johns wort that should not be taken with some drugs including

Dose - 15 to 40 drops directly onto the tongue or sipped in a little water when retiring or when

COLD and FLU herbal mixture M3
Formulated with herbs and tissue salts to reduce bodily discomfort from colds and influenza,
and to support immune function.
Formula - Echinacea, Cleavers, Ribwort, Astragalus, White horehound, Liquorice, Withania, Lobelia
and tissue salts.
Indications - Colds and influenza infections and the accompanying symptoms.
Dose - 20 to 60 drops sipped in a little water three times daily and when retiring. (Children half dose)
COUGH herbal mixture M4
Contains a broad spectrum of herbs and tissue salts to reduce cough spasm and encourage
expectoration.
Formula - White horehound, Ribwort, Liquorice, Hyssop, Elecampane, Mullein, Lobelia and tissue
salts.
Indications - Irritating and persistent cough with congestion.
Dose - 10 to 40 drops sipped in a little water three times daily or when required. (Children half dose)
IMMUNE SYSTEM herbal mixture M5
Formulated with herbs to improve immune function, support liver and lymphatic cleansing and
to lift energy levels. It is not a guarantee against catching an infection
Formula - Echinacea, Astragalus, Lobelia, Ginger, Withania, Dandelion root, Cleavers, tissue salts
and a flower essence.
Indications - Chronic and mild infections.
Dose - 15 to 45 drops sipped in a little water three times daily. Where needed the dose may be

DIGESTIVE Relief herbal mixture M6
Formulated to relieve the symptoms of indigestion and to encourage digestive function.
Formula - Meadowsweet, Wormwood, Fennel and homoeopathic Nux vom 6C.
Indications - The symptoms of indigestion and weak digestive function.
Dose - 30 to 45 drops sipped in a little water three times daily or when required. (Children half dose)
HAY FEVER and SINUS herbal mixture M7
Formulated to relieve the symptoms of hay fever and sinus congestion.
Formula - Baical skullcap, Eyebright, Elder flower, Horseradish, Withania, Thyme, tissue salts,
homoeopathics and flower essences.
Indications - hay fever and sinus congestion.
Dose -15 to 45 drops sipped in a little water three times daily or when required. For severe cases the
dose may be doubled. (Children half dose)
LIVER and COLON herbal mixture M8
Formulated to support liver and gall bladder function, and to relieve and clear constipation.
Formula - [Link]'s thistle, Dandelion, Yellow dock, Wormwood, Avens, Centaury, Greater celandine,
Liquorice, Peppermint oil and a flower essence.
Indications - liver, gall bladder and bowel sluggishness.
Dose - 30 to 45 drops sipped in a little water three times daily before meals, at night and or when
required. (Children half dose)
Men's Water Works Mixture 2 M9
Contains herbs believed to be useful for helping with BHP (Benign prostate enlargement).
Formula - Saw palmeto (Serenoa repens) made from fresh berries 40%, Willow herb (Epilobium
parviflorum) 25%, Nettle root (Urtica dioica) 35%, Tissue salts Calc fluor, Calc phos, Ferr phos, Nat
phos, Nat sulph, 8X. Zinc 6C & Christmas cactus flower essence
Indications - BHP
Dose - 2 - 4 ml (40 to 80 drops) sipped in a little water night and morning on an empty stomach.
Complementary: Consider Zinc and vit. B6 supplementation.
LYMPHATIC herbal mixture M10
Formulated to encourage the function and cleansing of the lymphatic system.
Formula - Cleavers, Echinacea, Yarrow, Calendula, Cayenne plus tissue salts and homoeopathics.
Indications - Lymphatic congestion and the need to encourage lymphatic drainage such as with
tonsillitis and colds.
Dose - 30 to 45 drops sipped in half a glass of water three times daily before meals. (Children half
dose)
SORE THROAT herbal mixture M11
Formulated to relieve the symptoms and herbally treat the causes of sore mouth and throat.
Formula - Echinacea, Sage, Liquorice, Calendula, Propolis, Marshmallow leaf, Thyme, Myrrh,
Vegetable glycerin, tissue salts and a homoeopathic.
Indications - sore and inflamed throat and mouth.
Dose - 10 to 15 drops sipped in a little water or directly onto the tongue up to every half hour, three
times daily or when required. (Children half dose)
PARASITE herbal mixture M12
Contains bitter herbs and homoeopathics to encourage the expulsion of worms from the
bowel.
Formula - Tinctures of Clove, Black Walnut, Wormwood, Chinese wormwood, Liquorice,
homoeopathic Cina and Filix mas and Nat phos tissue salt.
Indications - An aid for the elimination of intestinal parasites including roundworm and pinworm.
Dosage: Start at lower dose and if well tolerated increase dosage up to the given maximum dose.
ADULTS: 60 - 100 drops (3 - 5mL), CHILDREN (8-15 yrs HALF DOSE) (3-7yrs QUARTER DOSE).
Take in water three times daily for 3 weeks, stop for 2 weeks and then repeat dose as before for 3
further weeks. Not recommended to be taken long term. Dosing before the full moon may increase
effectiveness as worms may be more vulnerable at this time. Shake the bottle before using. Do NOT
take if pregnant.
General HERBAL Tonic mixture M13
Contains fresh extracts of herbs high in anti-oxidants formulated to support body systems &
aid general wellness.
Formula - Fresh plant tinctures of Ginkgo biloba, Liquorice, Centaury, St Mary’s thistle, Hawthorn,
Withania and Echinacea. Plus Biochemic tissue salts Kali Phos, Kali Mur and Mag Phos.
Dose: 40 – 60 drops (2-3ml) sipped in a little water 3 times daily or when required.

HERBAL MIST FORMULATIONS
Pindari Be-a-WOMAN Mist S1
A formula using herbal extracts, flower essences and homoeopathics for feminine herbal
hormonal support.
Formulation:
Created from plant extracts of Chaste tree, Wild yam, Black cohosh, Fenugreek, Motherwort,
Liquorice, Red clover, Rue and Raspberry. Spring water, glycerin and Homoeopathics. Bach and
Australian Bush Flower essences. Fragranced with Damask Rose, Lavender and Sandalwood
essential oils.
Directions for Use: For oral and external use.
Oral - spray twice into mouth up to 6 times daily whilst gently drawing in breath.
External - spray onto and around body surface as needed.
Pindari SMOKE-LESS Mist S2
Formulated as a herbal support for those withdrawing from the smoking habit.
Formulation: Fresh plant tinctures of Oats, Scullcap, Liquorice, Withania, Lobelia inflata, Sylibum, Lavender and Fennel.
Homoeopathics Avena and Nux 6C, Flowers essences and tissue salts.
Directions: Oral - Spray twice into the mouth up to 6 times daily, or in place of a cigarette, or when
required, whilst gently drawing in breath. Caution: Use with care if pregnant
Pindari TRAUMA-TREAT Mist S3
Formulated as an immediate post trauma treatment, for pre-post physical workouts and for the
treatment and relief of sore muscles, bruises, sprains and arthritic discomfort.
Formulation:
Fresh plant tinctures of Calendula, Cranesbill, Chamomile, Ginger, Gotu kola, Horse chestnut, Lobelia erinus, Rosemary, St.
Johns wt, and Willow bark. Wild yam. Homoeopathics Aconite, Arnica, Ledum and Rhus. 6C. Flowers essences, essential
oils and tissue salts. Vegetable glycerin and spring water.
Directions for Use:
Oral - Spray twice into the mouth up to 6 times daily, whilst gently drawing in breath.
External - Spray onto and around affected area and massage gently in. Stings if applied to broken
skin.
Cautions: NOT TO BE USED LONG TERM AND IF PREGNANT
Pindari TINEA -TREAT Mist S4
This product is formulated for the treatment of difficult tinea and foot odour conditions. It is
by no means guaranteed to work but the feed back is very positive.
Formulation: Fresh plant tinctures of Calendula, Alfalfa and Sage.
Homoeopathic Silicea & a flower essence.
Essential oils of Kunzea, Peppermint, Teatree & Thyme.
Citrus seed extract.
Vegetable Glycerin, alcohol and spring water.
Caution: May initially sting when applied to broken skin.
Directions: Wash and dry affected area and apply spray 2-3 times daily. Rub in until dry. May also
spray into offending footwear and wash socks in disinfectant. Drink plenty of water and eat mostly
vegetables & fruit. Reduce meat and dairy intake and avoid yeast containing & fast foods.
Pindari RHEUMATIC Relief Mist S5
Formulated for temporary relief of discomfort and pain from arthritic and related conditions.
Formulation: Fresh plant tinctures of Cranesbill, Calendula, Gotu kola, Lobelia erinus, St. Johns
wort and Willow bark. Homoeopathic Rhus tox 6C and Nat mur tissue salt. Essential oils of Kunzea,
Peppermint & Juniper. Vegetable glycerine.
Directions for Use.
External use only - Spray onto and around affected area and massage in gently until dry. Repeat
twice again for extra benefit. Masy be us3ed several times daily.
Caution: May sting if applied to broken skin. For temporary relief of symptoms only.
Pindari FIBROMYALGIA Relief Mist S6
Formulated for temporary relief of discomfort and pain of Fibromyalgia and related conditions.
Formulation: Fresh plant tinctures of Arnica, Feverfew, Gotu kola, Lobelia erinus & Wild yam.
Homoeopathic Arnica and Rhus tox 30C, Ferrum phos and Mag phos 8X tissue salts, Fringed
violent flower essence. Essential oils of Eucalyptus, Kunzea, Lemon, Lavender, Orange, Peppermint
and Rosemary. Rain water and Vegetable glycerine.
Directions: Spray onto and around affected area and massage gently in. Repeat 2-4 hourly as
required Stings if applied to broken skin.

Pindari SMUDGING Mist S7
Formulated with refreshing essential oils and herbs for use as a personal spray or room
deodorizer.
Ingredients: Created from fresh plant extracts of Sage and St Johns wort mixed with Lavender,
Lemongrass and Rosemary essential oils that are suspended with an almond oil based solubilizer in a
rain water and ethanol base.
Pindari ROSE Absolute S8
Created using pure absolute rose essential oil in a base of rain water and alcohol using an
almond oil based solubilzer.
Pindari Exquisite LAVENDER Mist S9
Created from freshly harvested and distilled, organically grown Pindari Lavandula angustifolia
(Lavender) flowers and suspended in the Lavender hydrosol and alcohol using an almond oil
based solubilzer.
Pindari AURA-TREAT Mist S10
May be of benefit in supporting spinal realignment & releasing emotional trauma associated
with physical injuries. May help the chakras realign.
Formulation: Pindari flower essences of Lobelia erinus, Wollemi pine, Star of Bethlehem and
ABFE Fringed violet in a base prepared from Pindari distilled Lavender essential oil and
hydrosol plus Almond oil solubilizer, alcohol and rain water.
Directions: Spray from the head down, back and front adjacent to spinal area or to the affected
area.
