I, GRACE L. TORING of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and a


resident of #18D Golf St., New Saint Francis Village, Brgy. San Juan, Cainta,
Rizal, do hereby name, constitute and appoint:

LEOMAR A. TORING of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of


Carmela Valley Subd., Phase 3, Brgy. V, Silay City, Negros Occidental to be my
true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead, to do
and perform any and all of the foregoing acts and things, namely:

1. To represent, receive/claim any documents in relation to my quarry


application with the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental;

2. To make, sign and execute, for and in my behalf, any documents


which may be necessary for the processing of my quarry permit
application; and

3. To represent and transact official business with other agencies that


may be required for the process and release of the said quarry permit
application.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full


power and authority whatsoever requisite and necessary proper to be done in
and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present and shall lawfully do or cause to be done under
and by virtue of these presents
