Fitness Tips for Online Class Success

To stay physically and mentally fit during online classes, students should take care of their eyes by washing them properly, looking at the sun for 10 minutes at sunrise, doing eye exercises, and using blue light filters on devices. Fitness during online classes

A healthy mind lives in a healthy body. To optimally perform throughout academics first we
need to make our body optimal. For that we need to keep certain aspects in mind, first and
foremost is the entry gate for light into the body i.e. eyes which gets exposed to the blue light
of screens, here are few simple tips to keep them nice and shiny:

1) Wash properly: Fill mouth with water and use eye cup.
2) Sun gazing: 10 mins from the time of sun rise, till it is in orange colour.
3) Eye Exercises: Rubbing palm, moving pupil.
4) Don’t rub them and use blue light filter on devices.

Second part is to take care of the body which consists of 1 hour. We should have 30 mins brisk
walk in the morning followed by 30 mins yoga consisting of kapalbhati and Anulom Velom.
Physical movement helps your body to supply more oxygen to brain and yoga gives mediation
like calmness to mind, which is makes the system ready for the daily crunch.
