Hello, whoever is reading this. My name is Andrew and I’m going to tell you my story, a story
about a guy who accidentally got the power to rule the world but it would also mean to say
goodbye to all the people he care about, and also his humanity.

I moved from my old town a couple of months ago because of my mother’s job. I didn’t care at
all because I didn’t have any friends there, and I was sure that my life would not change at all
even If move over and over again.

But there is one thing I like from being here, and it’s my cousin Matt. He was the funniest guy
I’ve known in my life. We used to play a lot when we were kids, I am 17 and he is 19 now. We
used to talk every afternoon about the sky and the stars, and we promise to keep in contact
because 7 years ago he had to leave the town because her mother got separated from his
father, and he came just where I am now.

The first thing I did when I came to this new town was to look for Matt and tell him how was
my life after he left: it was horrible. My mom also got separated from my dad and she got a
boyfriend really fast, a man who didn’t care about me at all, a man who hated me since the
moment we met.

So I was going to tell him that I missed him a lot, but when I found him, he already had a lot of
friends, he was popular and he didn’t have time to talk with me.

That made me sad, but I only got worse, because I my new school I got bullied from the very
beginning by a guy called Wayne.

My aunt noticed I was having really toughs moments, so she told Matt to hang out with me,
like the good old times. He said no first, but them he accepted it, probably because he felt pity
of me.

We talked about a friend of Matt, Steve, who was the most popular guy in the school and one
of the richest too. He told me that he would introduce me to him, so I can be popular too and
have a lot of friends.

Matt took me to Steve’s party and we hang out there. I felt so much nervous because I didn’t
know anyone, and then IT HAPPENNED.

Steve found a hole in the ground, and he dare everybody to enter, but no one wanted to do it,
so I did it because I wanted to be popular.

Matt was worried about me, so he followed me and he took Steve with him, because it was his
idea.

What we found was from another world, probably. I think it was an UFO that got buried not
long ago. Steve was amazed, and he even touched that thing, I did it too because I was really
curious.

Then Steve and Matt started to feel tired and fell unconscious on the ground. I felt tired too
and my nose bled before I fell.

I woke up in Steve’s house, Matt was the one who woke me up because he was so excited
about something: He was able to move a baseball ball, without touching it, and also Steve, he
moved a glass of water in the air and made it crush into the ground.
I tried to do it too, they told me to imagine touching the things with my mind but I needed to
focus first. And I made it: I moved a baseball bat to hit the baseball ball in the air.

Those were awesome times I’ve spent with those 2. We became stronger with our power and
we were able to move bigger and heavier things, such us ourselves, WE WERE ABLE TO FLY
WITH OUR POWER.

The only problem was that those 2 started to have better things to do, instead of playing with
me with their power. So I became stronger and stronger that I could even was able to split in
two a baseball bat.

After what happened, everything went back to normal, they went away living their life and I
went away living mine, I tried to go unnoticed for a while until one morning at school out of
the blue a girl with beautiful blue eyes like the sky and deep brown hair like the leaves in
autumn spoke to me, her name was Violet, she asked me if I was in any club at school, to
which I said no.

I couldn't help but seem shy even if I wanted to, because her beauty was majestic, she offered
me to join her music club to accompany her, so I decided not to wait for anyone to be happy,
not even my cousin who didn't listen to me, to my mother's rejection and my father's absence,
and I accepted her invitation.

I didn't know how to play an instrument, not that I remember, but for some reason it was easy
for me, I was surprised by the ability I had to learn things, it was something I also realized since
I memorized books just by looking at them, it could be also the effects of being in contact with
that UFO thing!

Time went by, for some reason my cousin and his friend disappeared leaving their homes, my
aunt and her family were shocked by the situation, they only left a note saying "Don't look for
us, we'll be fine", what Violet and I started to investigate, it seemed suspicious in the first
place: that was not my cousin's handwriting. So we went to look in the school lockers for
Steve's notebooks and what a coincidence: the lockers of those two were empty. We couldn't
do anything in the school so we returned sadly to our homes, wondering if the note was false
or if they really decided to leave their homes on their own.

I woke up the next morning and saw on the news that 2 people were found dead in a tunnel in
a distant city, the people were disfigured and dismembered, it was a pool of blood, the doctors
said that their hearts were missing and that in their backpacks they found the IDs of Matt
Miller Acosta 17 years old and Steve Jones Fossa 16 years old

The cold ran through my body when they showed a phrase on the wall with their blood that
said ONLY YOU ARE MISSING!
