A. Nature of Business 
Imagine a life of not having to worry about doing your laundry, drying and folding your
clothes. No more rushing to wash clothes, adjusting to your hectic schedule and even worse,
running out of clothes to wear. Rejoice because Crazy Rinse Asians will do all of that for you.
Our shop is designed to take care of your laundry while you enjoy resting at your free time.

B. Mode of Selling 
 
We want our customers to experience hassle-free and convenient way of washing
clothes. Customers can now book thru our mobile application just fill out the necessary
information like when and where to collect your dirty laundry then our courier will pickup
them. We will take it from here and let us do the dirty work and lastly, we deliver your clean,
folded clothes at your doorstep.

C. Target Customers 
Even though there is no age and gender limitation for our customers, the target customers
of our service is most likely to be 18 years old and above that have the capability to purchase
and pay for our service. College students and apartment building residents who are busy to
take care of their laundries and especially busy professionals who’s in charge with their
laundries.

 
D. Inventory/Supply source 
 
Laundry carts will be needed in our business as well as cleaning equipment,
soaps/detergents, signs, trash cans and weighing scale. We can reduced cost on buying these
items to a wholesale supplier especially the detergents. We’ll find a reliable source for a bulk
purchase on our machines in order for us to package the facility purchase and the machine
purchase into a single loan arrangement with our lender.
E. IT Equipment Needed 
1. Computer - although paper files containing hard copy documents are still in use, we can
also store and manage data using software and the cloud.
2. Internet access - most important because it helps us access our consumer and develop the
business.
3. Printer - for invoice and offline marketing materials.
4. Cellphone - to communicate with clients and advertise the business.
5. Camera - for quality photos that a business provide.
6. External hard drives- can protect valuable and sensitive business data in the event of an
accident.
7. Security cameras- most small businesses, you can’t afford having your assets stolen,
vandalized, or tampered with.
8. Credit card machines/readers- "Cash Only” businesses are giving up countless
opportunities to make a sale. Many customers no longer walk around with cash, and are
forced to either find an ATM or take their business elsewhere
9. Business apps- Business apps like accounting software will help you see the business's
financial health with ease.
10. Security software- It will help secure sensitive information like a customer's credit card
number.

F. Disaster Recovery Plan 


1. When it comes to the risks to mental health of workers due to the pandemic, it is important
to offer them information and support, including counselling through an employee assistance
program, a supportive workplace culture, or external service providers.
2. If the machines are out of service, laundry owner allocated a budget for repair man
to come in and fix the machines.
3. Have monthly check to make sure the business information has its latest or active phone
numbers of their employees, suppliers and even their customers. Communication is very
important.
4. In case of water shortages due to power interruptions, the business prepared its machine to
have a dry clean option which consumes water from steams to continue its operation during
those time.
5. Having adequate insurance coverage and a good relationship with the insurer is a
key that enables to respond in events that may directly impact the business.
