Topkapi Palace
An immense museum formed by
different palaces, gardens and halls
where you will discover the fascinating
history of the Ottoman Empire. Located
between the Golden Horn and the
Marmara Sea, the Palacia has a strategic
position from where all the entry and
exit of vessels was controlled.
Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia
While in Istanbul it is mandatory to visit one of the
mosques. Here we leave you the most emblematic of
the city, but there are many more that are incredibly
beautiful.
The Blue Mosque impresses from the moment you
see it. On the outside you will see that it is the one
that has six minarets, as well as the mecca and then
this one was placed one more to make a difference.
Inside you will see the Ottoman art in its purest
form. Blue tiles everywhere, domes that seem to
levitate on the ceiling, symbols, headscarves
everywhere you look at.
Hagia Sophia, now a museum, has a very particular
history. Known as Ayasofya Camii, it is one of the
great masterpieces of the Byzantine art world.
Which between 1204 and 1261, was a Catholic
church. But in 1453 it was taken by the Ottoman
Empire and turned into a mosque
Galata Tower
The first tower was built in wood, to serve as a
lighthouse, and then it was rebuilt in stone with
the name of the tower of Christ. During the fall
of the Roman Empire, it was occupied by
Sultan Mehmet II.
