In pursuance to such enlistment, you have provided us with SRO receipt No.
_________, of Mortgage Deed No. _________, dated __________ of the A/c.
_________; and thereby requested us to take the delivery of the original Mortgage
Deed from the relevant sub-registry office on behalf of you.
However, we were recently notified by the relevant sub-registry office that the
landowner/mortgagor of the said land has already taken the delivery of the
original mortgage deed. As a result, the relevant sub-registry office declined and
was unable to provide us with the said mortgage deed.
