This is to inform you that, we the “The Lawyers Alliance”, is an enlisted panel
lawyer of your good Bank.

In pursuance to such enlistment, we had the opportunity to provide our legal


services relating to various projects and credit facility disbursed or sanctioned by
your Branch and Bank.

However, it is transpired that regardless of completing such tasks assigned to us,


we have not yet received many of the bill pending and associated with such work.

Therefore, please find a data sheet of the pending bills attached with this letter for
your consideration. We hope, you may take all the necessary steps to facilitate such
payment promptly, in regards to the work done by us.

your Branch and Bank.

However, it is transpired that we have already completed many of the tasks


assigned to us, in respect to which you have provided us with various files and
documents, in order to get the tasks done.

Therefore, we request you to take back all the files and documents of the A/c name
_____ bearing Reference No. _______, dated ________ forwarded to us; as you may
note that we have already completed the tasks assigned with the said account.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that, we the “The Lawyers Alliance”, is an enlisted panel
lawyer of your good Bank.

In pursuance to such enlistment, you have provided us with SRO receipt No.
_________, of Mortgage Deed No. _________, dated __________ of the A/c.
_________; and thereby requested us to take the delivery of the original Mortgage
Deed from the relevant sub-registry office on behalf of you.

However, we were recently notified by the relevant sub-registry office that the
landowner/mortgagor of the said land has already taken the delivery of the
original mortgage deed. As a result, the relevant sub-registry office declined and
was unable to provide us with the said mortgage deed.

Therefore, in these premises, we would like to return the SRO receipt No.
_________, into your custody.
