Question : Select a product having 4 different manufacturing processes including joining and
assembly. Describe the process in producing the product in detail.
Requirement : Your report should be about 10 pages, written using Times New Roman font, 12 font-size,
justify alignment, 1.5 spacing. The report should be submitted with the minimum of:

Suggestions : 1. Answering the following questions may help you

b. How it is made and what is/are the material/s used to make it?
c. What are possible defect/s could occur if the product is made using the method in (b)?
d. Recommend any design modification to improve the manufacturing process / assembly.
