ILC Participation Request

Perfect Testing Laboratory is requesting Rituraj Singh's laboratory's participation in an inter-laboratory comparison (ILC) program for chemical testing to meet ISO 17025:2017 requirements as their laboratory is pursuing NABL accreditation. The ILC program will test a TMT steel sample for carbon, sulfur, and manganese content according to relevant Indian Standards. Upon receiving test results, Perfect Testing Laboratory will calculate a Z-score for Rituraj Singh's laboratory and share it. There is no participation fee involved as this is a mutually agreed program between the laboratories.

Dear Sir ,

This is with ref. to above said subject , we are initiating ILC program in line with NABL guidelines to meet
ISO 17025:2017 as per detailed given as our laboratory is going for NABL Accreditation.

We need this test to calculate Z score.

Chemical : TMT (16 mm)


Standard : IS 228

Name of test :

1. Carbon (Pt-1 , 1987)


2. Sulphur (Pt -9 , 1989)
3. Manganese (pt -2 ,1987)

Once test result received from you,ILC will be done and Z –score will be calculated and will share
Z score for your laboratory.
