1. The P400 controllers that support the DL385 G5p server require a heat sink. Order the following part numbers
507808-B21: HP Smart Array P400 with 256BBWC with Heat Sink
508833-B21: HP Smart Array P400 with 512BBWC with Heat Sink
2. Some Windows 2003 configurations require Microsoft patch KB943545. see Customer Advisory c01882990 for more details.
3. OBDR restores on servers running P400, E500, or P800 Smart Array controllers with firmware 6.86 will fail and require a manual work-around.
