Important Notes:
A- EXTRA CHARGES : 5% PARK FACING 5% WEST OPEN 5% CORNER 5% ROAD FACING - 40 Ft plus
B- Extra Land if any, shall be charged separately equivalent to per. Sq. Yds Cost / Rate

1. 10% discount on full cash payment at the time of booking.
2. All the installments must be paid by the Allottee strictly as per Schedule agreed by the Allottee on
due date of each month.
3. Allottee shall abide by the General Terms and Conditions of the booking.
4. All extra charges will be payable within 180 from the date of booking.
5. The allocated unit shall remain provisional until full and final payment is received by the company.
6. The prices are inclusive of internal / external development charges but do not include Utility Approvals
& Meter Charges etc.
7. The above prices do not include Documentation Charges / Sub Lease Charges.
8. The above prices do not include any government levies and Taxes / Registration Fees & Tariffs / Lease
Charges.

Note: 5% of the Paid Amount shall be charged in case of transfer of plot upon Allottee's request.
In case of Cancelleation of Plot by Allottee, 20% of Plot Value shall be charged as Cancellation Fee.
