Conduct to TBM before start job.
Start job according the procedure.
Erection proper lighting inside the vessel.
Provide proper ventilation.
Provide cable hanger for proper cable management.
Provide a trained whole watcher with log entry sheet and gas
test sheet.
Fire extinguisher should be provide nearby generator and
inside the vessel.
Egress and access should be proper and clear all time.
Check the co, H2O, LEL conduct TBM before going inside.
Use proper PPE during working.
Wear FBH (If required).
First aid facility and emergency response will be provide.
A trained rescue team will be stay at work place.
All person use ear pludge when go inside.
Full time job supervision by HSE Supervisor and work
