ePotential: Digital Learning Survey
The ePotential: Digital Learning Survey facilitates self-assessment of a teacher’s current capability to
incorporate digital technologies into their teaching and learning.
The redeveloped ePotential: Digital Learning Survey questions have been informed by:
• the previous ePotential Survey Questions and Continuum
• AITSL Australian Professional Standards for Teachers
• Victorian Curriculum: Technologies and ICT General Capability and
• UNESCO ICT Competency Standards for Teachers.
Preliminary questions
1. Indicate which of the following statements best describes your use of digital technologies in
your teaching practice:
I do not see the benefit of using technology in teaching and avoid using it.

Safe and Responsible Use
7. Indicate the extent that YOU:
Develop students’ digital citizenship and literacy through modelling and explicit teaching of ethical,
safe and legal use of digital technologies in accordance with Departmental policies and resources.
