not and would like to exchange or return your item of purchase please follow instructions below.
1. Refundsl
To be eligible for a refund, please return the item within 30 days from the purchase date
in its
original condition with all tags/labels attached.
2. Exchanges:
To exchange an item,
(a) Please complete the returns form received with the product and clearly mark
the style & size you
would like to change to.
(b) Please rettrn the productback to us in its original condition within 30 day time period from the
date of purchase to be eligjble for an exchdn8e.
3. Postage
(a) All associated costs with returning the original item is the purchasers iesponsibility for returns
ano excnanges,
(b) For exchange items, all postage costs relating to the delivery ofthe replacement product will be
covered by Infinity Leather Collections.
3. As soon as we receive the item back we will return yourfunds immediately. please be aware
all
reallocation of funds is processed by the market place you have made your purchase from following
our authorization.
4. Foryour security we suggest that you post your item using a Recorded Delivery Service.
lf you are posting from outside the UK then you must specify on any customs forms that this is a
Customer Return and the value is no more than SSO.OO. Otherwise duty and VAT charges will be
rajsed and your item returned to you undelivered.
