Digital Menu
Using our online menu creator, Restaurants can design beautiful digital menus at their convenience
and add photos, videos and text of the dishes. Customers can access the menus by scanning the QR
code displayed on their tables and order or pay from the app without the need for the waiting staff.
Mobile Application
Restaurant staff can access the application through any smartphone or tablet without requiring
desktops or laptops, while customers can also access the menu as guests from their own devices.
Order Management
Customers can communicate with the customer service for assistance (need a printed menu, need
some water, require extra tissues, etc.) via the app and also assign the respective table’s bill to the
principal customer while other guests at the same table can order separately under the principal.
However, Dutch treat is also supported by the app.
Payment Management
Menumiz is a POS actually. Customers can store credit cards in the app and pay for the meal via the
app. However, pay at the counter (cash or card) is also supported by the system. Bills or Receipt will
appear in their app order history and as well sent by e-mail to them. Menumiz supports Discount
Coupons and Gift Cards as well.

Kitchen Management
You can create several sections within the kitchen (pizza section, grill section, drinks section etc) and
link them to each dish and ensure the orders are routed to the relevant section. System supports
“overload warning” if the kitchen is out of its capacity.
Table Management
You can configure the eatery’s floor layout and allocate tables to your preferred locations and also
assign QR codes to each table or use a general QR code for all. The system supports Takeaway orders
by the way. Each QR code can be configured as POA (Pay As Ordered) or PAS (Pay As Served)
depending on your payment policy.
Your accountant can access an enhanced accounting module which details every transaction occured
into the system including bills, tips, taxes, discounts and service charges with the option to download
PDF or Excel reports. You can have a real time overview of your SALES as well.
Inventory Management
Menumiz has an excellent inventory management system which tracks raw supplies and wastage
along with an option to send an auto-purchase order to the suppliers upon reaching a certain
configured threshold. You can link each ingredient of the menu to the inventory module easily.
