So, for the computer to do things for us, we need to
give the computer ​COMMANDS ​in a language that it
understands - which is our coding language!

We will now ​CODE​ and give ​COMMANDS​ to the


computer.

I am going to share my screen with you, so that you


can see how I code using blocks.

We will code using the ​BLOCK programming


language called ​Blockly​.

So, what is a COMMAND​? to respond

COMMAND ​is an instruction which tells the


computer what to do​.

As you see,

E stands for East or Right,


W stands for West or Left,
N stands for North or Up,
S stands for South or Down.

THE ‘​COMMANDS’ ​you give to the computer.

You have to drag and drop the direction or arrow


blocks into the Workspace area and connect them to

the block as seen.

information to traffic control room to clear out traffic
on the ambulance route, thus creating an open
corridor for ambulance

Both these apps have been featured widely in

hours of learning to code?
