WEAR-RESISTING PARTS FOR CRUSHING AND REDUCTION
EQUIPMENT
"Dneprotyazhmash" PJSC manufactures wear-resisting parts from the proprietory and custom drawings.
1. Complete range of bowl liners and mantles, as well as girth liners, is manufactured for gyratory crushers КСД 2200Т,
ШД2200Т, ККД1500/180, КРД 900/100, ШД1750, ККД 500, and КРД 700/100, and crushers of other types of home and
foreign manufacture. Liners are made of wear-resistant manganese steel of 110Г13Л and 125П8Х2МНЛ grade with
machining. Manufacture of bowl liners and mantles of other types for the home and imported crushers with weigh
up to 6000 kg is possible.
2. Production of end, wedge, hatch and drum liners, and tightening wedges for ball mills Ш50 and Ш50А (for coal
crushing) is organized. Liners are made of steel 1 ЮПЗЛ without machining.
End liners, hatch liners, elevators, and numbered liners are manufactured for various size ball and rod mills of the
МШР, МШЦ, МСЦ, and МГР type.
3. Swinging and stationary crusher jaws of any configuration designed for any gap are manufactured for the jaw
crushers of СМД type.
