Position: Vessel Performance Manager ( Female Candidate )

Key Responsibilities:

Daily energy efficiency evaluation of all assigned vessels & identifying areas of excessive fuel consumption.

Discussing efficient vessel operations with the deck & engine teams on onboard.

Provide feedback to crew regarding the importance & impact of the data quality they provide.

Vessel visits as when business activities allow.

Attending Officer seminars as needed.

Carrying out briefing for seafarers new & old before joining vessels.

Develop knowledge database of vessels by sharing latest trends and good working practices.

Discuss specific energy efficiency topics with Technical Managers.

Monitoring of performance trends and assisting the underwater department as consultant.

Pro-actively work towards setting up new and innovative optimisation projects that could be implemented in the future.

Evaluate and educate the financial impact of fuel consumption on each vessel to all relevant stakeholders.

Assisting Commercial Operations for different technical aspects of fuel quality, executing super slow steaming voyages &
cargo heating initiatives. Also, any technical investigations as need arises.

Requirement:

Any Marine Engineer ( 3rd/2nd/ C/E ) ( Only Female Engineers)

Excellent communication skills.

Flair for data analysis.

4-5 years’ relevant experience to perform the position, preferably from tanker shipping.
