Performance Rubric

The document is a rubric for assessing student band performances. It evaluates students on 5 criteria: posture and carriage, tone, rhythmic accuracy, pitch accuracy, and musicianship. For each criterion there are 4 levels of achievement ranging from exemplary to poor. A student's performance is given a score out of 20 for each criterion and the total scores are added to give an overall mark out of 100.
