Subject Matter: Health Teaching on Healthy Pregnancy, Proper Breastfeeding and the importance of
effective childbearing process and prenatal care.
Time Allotment: 60 minutes
General Objective:

 The pregnant woman will be able to know and understand the proper nutrition during pregnancy.
 She will be able to learn on how to do breastfeeding and its importance to both the mother and
child.
 The mother will be able to have an effective childbearing process and to know and understand the
importance of prenatal care.
 The mother will be able to monitor her regular prenatal visits.
