CONTROLLI RICHIESTI
- Cleanliness examination according to ISO 8502-3 (spot check)
- Roughness test according to ISO 8503 applicable for each component
- Visual surfaces check and surface profile shall be tested by surface profile gauge
- Check of DFT for every coat and WFT shall be checked with micro test thickness gauge or elk meter
- Check of total DFT according to SSPC-PA2
The minimum DFT of any specific coating system shall not be less than by 10% of specific DFT or any single point of
measurement of each 9.3 square meter area and the average DFT measured as per the SSPC-PA2 procedure shall
not be less than the specific minimum DFT and in any case not more than 30% of specific DFT as the maximum DFT
- Holiday detector of tinker and rasor (M1) or elk meter up to 15 mils DFT
