I think the benefits we can get in playing badminton can have a number of positive health and
fitness benefits on your body such as develops the strength and power of muscles, notably leg
and arm muscles and Improves aerobic fitness, with more oxygen circulated around the body to
increase muscular endurance. It’s great for conditioning the body and offers a great way to meet

2. In a formal game, why badminton game can’t be played outside or in the field?
Answer:
Formal games are played on a rectangular indoor court. It can’t be played outside or in the field
due to the reason that it is unfortunately an indoor sport at the moment. There are no heavier
shuttles where you can buy. If you add weight to the shuttlecock, it will probably not fly. So there
is really no way to enjoy a professional game of badminton outdoors. Meaning, if we play
badminton outside or in the field the wind might blow the shuttlecock. That’s the reason why
formal game of badminton can’t be played outside.
3. In your opinion, is it really matter to execute proper holding of the shaft in the
badminton? Why or why not.
Answer:
In my opinion, it is really matter to execute proper holding of the shaft in the badminton because
a good badminton game starts with how you handle your racket which is the most important
basic step. A good grip on badminton rackets can reduce injuries, increase the range of shots
and make better hits.
