In Partial modification of the guidelines issued vide
reference 3rd cited, following additional guidelines are issued:

“The District Level Committee headed by the District


Collector & Ex-Officio Executive Director of APCOS shall take the
approval of the list of proposed outsourced candidates by
Hon’ble in-charge Minister of the District, before forwarding it to
the APCOS for issuing of PIL (Placement Intimation Letter)”
