I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to:
1. Review the types of Health Related Fitness, Training Principles, Types
Of Eating , Health Behaviours, Physical Fitness Test, and Several
Health Factors.
2. To Differentiate the importance of each factors stated in the objective
number 1.
3. Practice how can they apply the importance of each factor to their
daily living.
