To whom it may concern:

Good day!

Junior and Senior Promenade is one of the foremost expected time within the life of a high school. It


is  the foremost splendid  and memorable moment for high school students to dress up formally, be
with their companions  and seize the exceptionally extraordinary time in their high school years.
Life in  high  school wouldn’t be complete and exciting without JS Prom. Aside from the bliss, fun and
camaraderie, the occasion marks the “coming of age” of the students as they step into the stage of
“young adulthood” with the bearing of obligations as well with getting to be women  and noble men.
JS Prom would also  allow the  students to show themselves with class and confidence.

Our school would like to have our Junior-Senior Promenade this year. In light of this matter, we would
like to ask permission from your good office to allow us to celebrate this event. Our proposed and
tentative date allotted for this event would be on March 06, 2020, Friday.

Attached herewith are the lists of students who will be participating the said event.
Looking forward for a favorable action regarding this proposal.
