PROFILE
Elementary education teacher with experience working with students from preschool to 8th grade. I
have the ability to problem solve on the job and learn to change on the go if needed. My goal is to
create a student-centered classroom that allows my students to learn in a safe, fun, and engaging
classroom. I am excited to work with students of all ages and at any learning level. I am currently a
student at Northern State University with experience in teaching through substitute teaching and
student teaching opportunities.

As a substitute teacher I have had the opportunity to work with students ages preschool to 8th grade.
This has allowed me to gain communication skills, hands on experience in teaching lessons and
classroom management, leadership skills, and working with other education providers. I have worked
in many different school districts with different teachers, administrators, and faculty members.

I was to care for, entertain, feed, and bathe the children. I would take them to the pool, the park,
sporting events, and others. Nannying has allowed me the opportunity to be around kids my whole life
and it has helped me gain responsibility and how to communicate with parents and children.

I was to care for children, serve them food, give them naps, and entertain them. I was also to interact
with parents and take kids swimming. This job has allowed me to gain experience in a preschool room,
