Client’s Mother is requesting for financial assistance in behalf of her Son who is a 3rd
year college student at Batangas State University – Batangas. She claimed that they are having
difficulty sustaining the educational assistance in connection they are asking for outside help.

1.) The meager income of the family is insufficient to sustain the family needs other

2.) They have no other source of income or asset to tap in time of crisis.
3.) They cannot seek assistance from the nearest relatives for they are also poor.

In view of the above, may we recommend the client for financial assistance to help the
client to support his/her medical needs.
