Greetings with peace!
Our SDO determines external and internal issues that are relevant to its purpose and its strategic
direction and that affect its ability to achieve the intended result(s) of its quality management system.
Information on these issues is documented on our SWOT analysis and includes appropriate actions taken
to address relevant contextual risks and explore any opportunities that such issues present that affect our
strategic direction and QMS.
Our SDO will monitor and review the SWOT Analysis document prior to or at the Management
review meeting and more often if warranted to ensure appropriate and timely action is taken on all relevant
contextual issues affecting our strategic direction and QMS. The SWOT Analysis document will be updated
for all such reviews and actions.
In view of the above, I am requesting your approval to conduct School Learning Action Cell to our
school on March 15, 2019.

The Pandi Residences Elementary School reviews and analyze of its existence vis-à-vis SDO and
its stakeholders to determine its strategic direction. This involves:
1. Understanding its core customers and services and the scope of the Quality Management System
Manual. (QMS).
2. Identifying recipients if its customers and services, or those who may be impacted by them, or
parties who may otherwise have a significant interest in the school. These parties are identified in
the Relevant Parties Issues Log document.
3. Understanding internal and external issues that are of concern to school and its interested parties
also identified in the Risk and Opportunity Register document. Many such issues are identified
through an analysis of risks facing either the school or the interested parties. Such issues are
monitored and updated as appropriate and discussed as part of management reviews.
4. This is defined in records of management review, and periodically updated as conditions and
situations changes.
5. All existing Orders and Memoranda inconsistent with this Order are rescinded. These guidelines
shall remain in effect, unless sooner repealed, amended, or rescinded.
6. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Order is directed.
