Dear Waseem,

Greetings for the day, I hope my email finds you in a good health!

I am writing to make you aware about the bad behavior posed by one of our colleagues who is
putting up his constant efforts to ruin the cheerful, friendly and healthy work environment in
the organization.
From the past three months, I have been noticing that he is behaving in a very unprofessional
manner and is disturbing the atmosphere in the laboratory department. I am explicitly writing
the name of this colleague, i.e. Muhammad Faisal – Lab foreman, believing that you will keep
the sender of this note confidential while taking actions on the issue. He is often seen making
fun of other colleagues, bullying the fresher employees and the interns in the organization,
talking to his teammates in a rude and demanding manner. He also promotes groupism and
stick together with likeminded employees most of the times.
It is affecting the healthy atmosphere of the organization and other colleagues might also be
tempted to do the same very soon. I hope that you understand my concern and take the
required actions to resolve this issue.
