GEOPHYSICAL SURVEY AGREEMENT

Project Reference:

This agreement made and entered by and between API Power Company Limited (hereinafter
called the “First Party”) and Total Earthscience Consult and Research Pvt. Ltd (hereinafter
called the “Second Party”) to carry out 2D-ERTsurvey, MASW and HVSR at proposed sites of the
Project as per the ToR.

The parties hereto and hereby for the consideration hereinafter mentioned agree as follows:
Scope of Works:The second party shall carry out 2D-ERTsurvey inproposed sites of Project as per
the ToR of the client. It is the duty of the second party to defend and attend all meetings as and
when required and incorporate all the comments received from Consultant (CEC). In total 1466m
(one thousand four hundred and sixty six meters) 2D-ERT survey analysis of line, 10 MASW and 2
HVSR point should be done.
Duration of Services: The duration of the service shall remain active until the final acceptance of
the 2D-ERT, MASW & HVSR report by the Client. The consultant shall perform the services as per
the attached work schedule. The surveyor and labor needed for the fixation of the ERT lines, MASW,
HVSR points in the filed should be provided by the First party. Transportation and accommodation is
to be provided by the client during field survey.
Contract Amount:
For the services to be rendered by the second party, under the contract the first party shall pay the
total amount as below.

Mode of Payment:
Payment in respect to services shall be made in accordance with the following.
 As an advance for field mobilization – 35% of the contract amount.
 After the completion of the fieldwork and submission of draft report- 45% of the contract
amount.
 After incorporating the comments received from the Client and submission of revised report-
20% of the contract amount.

IN WITNESS, WHEREOF, the parties whose signatures appear below have caused this agreement
to be duly executed as of the date first mentioned above shall remain enforced and effective until
terminated by either party.

Work Scheudle
Total number of days required for conducting 2D-ERT is estimated 15 days. The final report shall be
submitted within 15 days after completion of field survey.
