SIX hours from the issue of Question Paper –(2 Hours for Examination +
4 Hours for uploading Answer sheets keeping in view uploading issues )

I. MODE OF EXAMINATION
*ONLINE EXAMINATION BY WAY OF SUBMITTING OF ANSWER SHEETS
to the Faculty in Charge within the time stipulated/permitted on Google
Forms
*Examination is by OPEN BOOK SYSTEM
II PATTERN OF EXAMINATION:
1. The question paper shall consist of Only ONE Part with ONE Question
with Internal Choice, Question A or B
2. Question A & B are Drafting of any TWO of the THREE
deeds/Agreement (WILL DEEED , PARTITION DEED & PARTNERSHIP
DEED) out of which Students are required to Draft ONE of the TWO
Deeds
3) In the question paper the Student will be asked to draft a particular
kind of deed by its Name. Student is at liberty to fill the components at
their choice of names of parties, witnesses, particulars, terms and
conditions etc.,

4). Student shall write all the required components of the Particular
Deed (Non-Operative Part, Operative Part, Formal Part & Schedule of
the Property) as per class room instructions and discussions.
5) The question is for 25 (TWENTY FIVE) MARKS.

INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS
I - ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS
1. ANSWER QUESTION (A) OR (B) ONLY
2. Answer must be TYPE_WRITTEN subject to Rules of decency of
Formats of DRAFTS.
3. Answer must contain all required components of the
DEED/AGREEMENT not exceeding:-
*TEN(10) Pages/sides of 25 lines (Standard) Maximum on each
page/side
4. Write all the particulars of Batch, PRN, Semester, Subject,
Division A/B/C/D etc. at the top of the Answer sheet (1st Page)
5. Student shall fill the components that particular DEED/AGREEMENT
at their choice of names of parties, witnesses, particulars, terms and
conditions etc.,

II SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:
1. Send the completed Answer sheets on the Google Forms (Created
for this purpose)
2. Submission must be within SIX HOURS from the time of issue of
Question paper
EXAMINATION STARTS @ 2:00 PM, 14th,OCTOBER, 2020
*DURATION OF THE EXAMINATION: 2 HOURS + 4 HOURS SUBMISSION
TIME = TOTAL 6 HOURS (2:00PM TO 10:00 PM, 14th, OCTOBER, 2020
** SUBMISSION CLOSE TIME: 8:01 PM, 2020
3. Submission of Answer sheets must be prompt.
4. DON’T SEND SUBMIT ANSWER-SHEETS MULTIPLE TIMES (MORE
THAN ONCE?)
5. In case of submission multiple times (more than once) it shall be
considered as Malpractice and the decision of the faculty shall be final.
6. Duplication of answers/Copying/sending answers by change of
PRN, Name of the student etc., shall be taken a serious note. Answer
sheets found with same content or/and any kind of malpractice
mentioned in this clause to be treated as Copy and accordingly marks
shall be deducted for all such answers.

7. NO COREESPONDANCE WITH FACULTY IN CHARGE DURING
EXAMINATION & SUBMISSION
8. Faculty in Charge shall be under the Collective Control& Authority of
the Offices of Director, Deputy Director & Examination Branch, SLS,
Hyderabad
9. Any type of Irregularity / Malpractice, if found / discovered in writing
& submitting the Answer sheets shall be taken serious note and
according to the decision of the Director/Deputy Director office or
Examination Branch of SLS , Hyderabad & SIU , Pune as the case may
be.
