Rehab Stairs & Muscle Engagement

Training stairs are used in physical therapy to help patients strengthen muscles after injuries or surgeries. They are designed ergonomically with comfortable grips and anti-slip material to prevent falls. The main muscles worked during stair climbing include the hamstrings, quadriceps, gluteus maximus, and hip flexors, which are all important for lifting the knees and thighs during each step. The stairs can be used for rehabilitation after procedures like knee surgery, hip surgery, or a stroke.
