how to interpret them

Timeline for the Project:

1st week: Setting objectives, planning of seminar budget, determination of no. of attendees,

selection of date
2nd week-4th week: Selecting location, looking for food and drinks supplier, and equipment

rentals,
5th week: Research and identify possible speakers for the seminar
6th week-9th Week: Search for seminar sponsors, finalize speakers, start promotion and drafting

of seminar schedule
10th Week: Confirm and update sponsors, event-goers and suppliers
