Summary
This brief conveys the purpose Key points and results and recommendations
of accessing the usability of [Link].
Key points: Tests with three participants of key tasks revealed that many
users find the site to be nearly unusable. Each of my test participants would
surely have bounced. This is one response from one participant that
expresses this sentiment.
About
Goal: Our goal is to test the usability of [Link] by conducting a usability
study, and making decisions about a redesign of the site based on the
experience of three users.
Participants: Three participants for the study
• Cherie: 70s retired teacher, Cherie is an everyday user of Mac and
android and does do online shopping from time to time.
• Abby: 30s Developer Abby is an everyday mac user who works in tech as
a developer.
• Mark: 70s Retired business professional Mark is a everyday PC and
iPhone user who used computers as a business professional. Mark does
not do much shopping online.
Location: This study was conducted as a remote unmoderated test using
the tool Validately.

Conclusions
This initial usability test demonstrates clearly a number of pain
points for the older participants. Some of this difference seems to be
associated with our expectations for location size and shape that
contribute to banner blindness. This problem could be resolved
through the process of conducting user research.
• Content analysis
• Card sorting
• Prototype Usability testing

associate them with font size and weight. Use this three font type
system consistently throughout the site to improve the overall scent
of information.
