Formula will produce a range I.e. 70-75 (based off of a 100lb 1RM and using 70-75%/0.7-0.75).
="<"&ROUND(CELL REF/0.7/1,1)
Placing the green text before a function will put a ‘<’ before the number in the cell (can be changed
to any symbol).
=MROUND(1RM CELL REF*% CELL REF,5)
This will round the cell value to the nearest ‘5’.
=IFERROR(MROUND(1RM CELL REF*% CELL REF,5),””)
Formula will display a blank cell if there’s a calculation error. Adding text between the “” will
display that text instead.
