Toastmasters SAA Meeting Script

The Sergeant-at-Arms welcomes members and guests to the Toastmasters meeting and introduces the icebreaker session. Members and guests introduce themselves and share their feelings on the chosen topic. The SAA thanks everyone for participating in the icebreaker and requests that all phones be silenced. They then introduce the Toastmaster of the evening to begin the formal part of the meeting.

Good evening our Club President, fellow Toastmasters, and distinguish guests.

Welcome to toa payoh central cc toastmasters club chapter meeting number ____

My name is _______, I am the Sergeant-at-Arms for the meeting.

I'll take this opportunity to start with our ice-breaking session,

be early, make sure each member and guest is welcomed at club meeting,

make sure meeting start on time at 7.30pm sharp
