Greetings from Fortkochi Beach Inn!

The review does not seem to be based on an authentic evaluation.


We would like to address the issues that the guest has mentioned in the review.

1. The problem of outside noise in the ground floor rooms

We are a small budget hotel and it's not possible to provide facilities that are in
star hotels. We request all our guests to keep the noise level to a minimum level
in the lounges and common areas. Every effort is made by the hotel management to
ensure that the noise level is kept to a bare minimum and it does not disturb the
guests in the rooms.

2. The problem of mosquitoes

Mosquitoes is a common problem in the city of Cochin. �However, it does not prevent
hundreds of thousands of people from visiting and enjoying the rich heritage and
culture of this place. Although the hotel management takes preventive measures to
keep the problem of mosquitoes under control it can fail at times due to reasons
that are beyond our control.

3. The issue with room cleanliness

The statements regarding room cleanliness lack genuineness. We maintain the highest
possible standards when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene. This is could be
easily understood from the feedback that we receive on Tripadvisor itself.

To summarize - the review does not correspond to the quality of service that the
guest received at the hotel.

We had been passionately running the business for over 6 years and we try our level
best to satisfy our guests with our excellent service and personalized care. We
would assert that we are successful to a certain extent in this regard.
The praise for the hotel that we receive on various mediums - travels blogs, social
media and booking websites holds firm to this.
