TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


1. This permit is valid only on the dates and time specified above. WORKS ARE ONLY ALLOWED MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS
EXCEPT HOLIDAY.
2. Work is strictly from 8:00am to 5:00pm only.
3. Duly approved Work Permit must be presented to the Guard-on-Duty before proceeding to the area of activity.
4. A copy of this work permit must be posted on the door of the unit during the whole duration of work.
5. All workers must use the specify access of workers to Residential Units.
6. Workers must present their Company ID in exchange with the Building’s Contractor ID.
7. Loitering in the common areas is prohibited. Workers should be in the approved working area only.
8. All workers are bound by the Rules and Regulations of MPLACE @ SOUTH TRIANGLE CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION.
9. Always closed the door while working.
10. Noisy working hours are from 10:00am – 12:00nn and 3:00pm – 5:00pm Mondays – Fridays.
11. Strictly No Proper Attire No Entry. Workers who wear slippers, sando and short pants are not allowed to enter the premises.
12. Strictly no smoking within the M Place @ South Triangle premises.
