DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation is executed on the _________________ in


Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines, by and between:

_______________________, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of


___________________________, Philippines, known as the DONOR;

- and –

________________________, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident


of ____________________________, Philippines, known as the DONEE.

-WITNESSETH-

WHEREAS, the DONOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land Lot No.
________ covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. ____, containing an area of
_________________________ (_____) Square Meters, more or less, situated in
____________________________, Philippines, with all the improvements
standing thereon;

- WITNESSETH FURTHER-

WHEREAS, the DONOR desires to donate the above-mentioned parcel of


land with all the improvements standing thereon in favor to the DONEE.

NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

1. The DONOR, for and in consideration of her generosity, love and


affection, hereby irrevocably transfer and convey, by way of deed of
donation, to the Donee or her assigns, over the abovementioned parcel of
land with all the improvements standing thereon;

2. The DONEE hereby accepts the rights and expresses gratitude for the
kindness and liberality of the DONOR;

3. This Deed shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws
of the Philippines;

4. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties


and cannot be modified by the nature of the irrevocable deed of donation.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement on


the date and place above specified.
