1. The DAVAO DEL SUR ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. (DASURECO), through its
Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility

2. The scope of work and technical specifications are contained in the Bidding Documents
to be provided to all interested bidders upon application addressed to the Chairman,
Bids and Awards Committee, DASURECO Main Office, Brgy. Cogon, Digos City. Non-
discretionary “pass/fail” criteria will be used pursuant to Section 1 of Annex B of the IRR
of RA 10531 and Article IX – Section 30 of the IRR of RA 9184. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

3. The Pre-Bid Conference via Video Conferencing (Zoom) shall be on October 1,


2020 at 10 o’clock in the morning, DASURECO Hilltop Gym, Main Office, Barangay
Cogon, Digos City.

4. Bidding proper and Opening of Bids shall be on October 22, 2020 at 10 o’clock in
the morning, venue at DASURECO Hilltop Gym, Main Office, Barangay Cogon, Digos
City.

5. Bidding Documents can be purchased at BAC Secretariat, CPD Building, DASURECO


Main Office, Cogon, Digos City from September 23, 2020 up to October 22, 2020 at 10
o’clock in the morning. Only those who have purchased the Bidding Documents for
Lot 1 and Lot 2 amounting to Ten Thousand Pesos Only (Php10,000.00); Lot 3
amounting to Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php5,000.00); and Lot 4 amounting to
Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php50,000.00) non refundable shall be allowed to
participate in the pre-bid conference and raise or submit written queries or
clarification.

6. DASURECO reserves the right to accept and/or reject any Bid, to annul bidding
process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to the contract award, without
thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder/s.
