Education
Lassonde School of Engineering- York University, Toronto, CA
October 2020
 BEng- Mechanical Engineering with Honors
 Achieved an overall GPA of 3.4.
 Strong technical knowledge and interest in Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Fluid
Dynamics, Heat and Mass Transfer, Instrumentation and Measurement Controls, Systems
Engineering, Renewable Energy, Sustainable Design.

Employment History
AM-SET LAB, Research Assistant, May 2019-
September 2020
 Investigated the potential of using a Trombe wall equipped with a sensible thermal energy
storage medium (TES), a variable speed fan, and a damper to store and optimize the delivery
of solar thermal energy to best match the demand profile of a typical residential building in
Ontario.
 Successfully developed a mathematical model that simulates and numerically analyzes the
amount of solar energy stored in a TES medium using COMSOL.
 Calculated the expected rate at which heat can be delivered from the ventilation channel to the
interior of the building.
 Performed numerical analysis using ANSYS to determine the effects of changing the width of
the ventilation channel on the temperature and intensity of the airflow delivered.

 Presented results in a research conference seminar with leading experts in sustainable and
renewable technology.
Intelligent Systems Integrator- ISI, Hardware Intern May 2017-July
2017
 Assisted in the installation of automation control systems that manage heating and cooling
loads in residential buildings to optimize HVAC performance and prolong system’s lifespan.
 Installed automated blinders and lighting fixtures as well as an override control panel for the
systems.
 Assisted the Project Management Team during initiation, installation, and close-out of projects.

Projects
Graduation project: 1-ton Water chiller- Canobi Technologies August 2019- April
2020
 Successfully collaborated with a team to design and build a 1-ton commercial water chiller for
indoor farming purposes.
 Executed heat exchanger calculations to maximize effectiveness and reduce overall cost.
 Prepared Mechanical Bill of Material and systems documentation.
 Finalized the water chiller with a price tag that is 6 times lower than the average market price.
 Coordinated meetings with the team, industry advisor, and supervisor to ensure updated
requirements are being addressed.
 Excelled in the course as the team effort was awarded an A for the project.
Golf Club August 2019- December
2019
 Optimized clubhead performance through an iterative design process using CFD and FEA
simulations in STARCCM+.
 Conformed to United States Golf Association (USGA) standards and regulations for clubhead
designs.
 Reduced the total mass by 53% while maintaining structural integrity and improved overall
performance.
 Reduced drag coefficient resulting in an improved swing and faster final speed.
Braking System January 2018-April
2018
 Led a team in designing a disk braking system according to SAE standards.
 Used SolidWorks to build 3D models of components including rotor, pads, and calipers.
 Performed finite element analysis including fatigue testing, heat dissipation, stress
transformations to determine life expectancy for each system’s component.
 Finalized drawings for manufacturing as well as drawings for assembly.
