Below you will find your template for your yearly goals. Please feel free
to utilise this template as a means of pure and authentic expression
for self. It is a resource that is simple, yet something that you can
revisit often – to ensure you are still on track with your life objectives.
This is a stand-alone document and lesson and is fairly self-
explanatory. Your objective here is to gain clarity on what you wish to
achieve and who you wish to BE over the next 12 months. It is quite
simple, engage fully in the present by connecting to who you are in
order to understand who you wish to continue to be or who you wish
to transform in to. This may vary for each area of life.
The Life Planning & Future Planning lesson is a bonus that will grant
you further insight in to the art and almost science of life planning –
this will assist you in again, gaining further clarity on who you are and
where you wish to take your dreams. Note: that The Life Planning &
Future Planning lesson is extensive and informative. It is really a bonus
document.
How you live your life is a reflection of how well you know yourself and
the area of life you are immersing yourself in to – many blessings on
this exciting journey of manifestation and self-creation. You are at an
apex point and crossroads in your life where you are profoundly
empowered to be who you wish to be. Who will you be? How will you
show up in the world and how will you treat yourself and your
grandest vision for self?
We divide each area of life in to 5 sections with relation to the goal
setting:
1. The ‘goal’ itself
2. Your ‘why’ behind each goal you wish to achieve that year. You
can have more than 1 why
3. Priority goals – choose 1 goal from each area of life that requires
your complete focus and priority. All other goals really feed in to
those goals – you can simply highlight this goal
4. Your ‘how’ attached to each goal. Now this is a creative exercise,
this is not a rigid, limiting exercise or portion of this area.
Identifying possible how’s begins to expand your mind and
awareness around the real possibility of achieving your goals.
This exercise will also assist you with remaining on track, whilst
thinking laterally about your goals. You can assign multiple how’s
to your goals
5. The feelings, personal values and ethics you want to experience
in each area of your life. We want to write this in ‘real-time’, as if
we are experiencing it in the present. The personal value
component outlines why you value the goal. In other words, it is
linking your personal ethical or moral values (such as: freedom,
honesty and connection) to that goal and how achieving that goal
will align and also further provide you with an ability to express
that value through that experience (or goal).
All of the above points have been provided in order to have you
thinking creatively and intuitively about connecting and deeply
resonating with and to your goals in such a way that is meaningful,
fulfilling and real.
Example:
Spiritual Goals – Goal:
What: Meditate Daily for at least 20 minutes.
Why: In order to deeper connect to self and create a space of solitude
and inner peace that will allow me to think with greater clarity and
connect to my purpose.
How: By waking up earlier every morning / By allocating time in the
evening.
Feelings: I feel lighter in my mind and more open; I feel alive, I have
more energy and feel I trust myself deeply with greater clarity.
Personal value equates to freedom.
Priority Goal (in the area of spiritual)? Yes.
Remember, you can have multiple why’s, how’s and feelings around
each individual goal. In fact, it is important to do so. It will assist
greater with connecting you to the heart and omniscient posture your
goals hold.
