All Programs -> Oracle Database 10g Express Edition -> Go To Database

Administration  Manage Users  HR
Introduce a new password and set Account Status to Unlocked  Alter User

All the exercises will be realised using the HR account or other accounts created by
you. Do not use SYS or SYSTEM for this!!!
