Who Am I?
On the 11th day of July, Year 1999 an endearing and
delightful child was born in Guinobatan, Albay. The child was named with a
bright and like a shining shimmering splendid name, Silver Irid M. Narra. The
name was got in the color that gives an attraction to his father, her father was
actually a professional painter. The name “Irid” was came from the thing that
makes or help the color SILVER be brighter enough and shiner than before.
Silver Irid M. Narra is actually a lovable daughter to her
parents, Eleno P. Narra III and Susana M. Narra. A sweet and nice younger
sister to her three siblings, Christian M. Narra which is currently elected as
Barangay Councilor in San Francisco Guinobatan, Albay. Hanna Gae M. Narra
which is a Pastry Associate in Norwegian Cruise Ship Lines and Ellaisa Mae M.
Narra which is a client development assistant in a JHM Microfinance Office.
And also, Silver Irid M. Narra is a kindhearted and dauntless at the same time
to the people that surrounds her in this world that full of experiences and
hardships. Silver Irid M. Narra loves to serve anything for the sake of others
even though she didn’t know that person, she actually wants to serve and help
for the rightness and for the goodness of many. She is one of the people who
serve in the church, she is actually a member of the core group, a youth leader
and a member of a choir in the church. She wants to sing everyday, she enjoy
everything that goes in music. She loves music. She appreciate more and get
thrill out of making music compositions and perform it to the people who gives
her inspirations and motivations to fulfill what she desires and what she is
asking for, as a matured human being. When she was in elementary level, she
was not actually like and interested enough in studying, she never think how
education is very important to every single person it does. She always think for
the refreshments and relaxation when she was a child. She never experienced
to stay all day in their house because she always think and do the outdoor
games, she always make a game and a game and a game to her friends.
Nonetheless, when she met her terror teacher in elementary, she was tended to
learn and study hard for herself. She started to change for a better one, she
knew how education is valued more compare to the other matters – to the
games (indoor or outdoor) or even compare to material one. And finally, she
graduated in elementary as one of the Academic Awardee in her batch. She
finally made her parents, family and her friends proud of her. She changed and
turn into a positive perception and appreciation of the people who saw her
capabilities as a student and as a person. When she reached the Secondary
level, she took off as one of the students in a curriculum of Special Program in
the Arts because she thought that it will help her to enhance and improve her
talents as a performer, but the curriculum didn’t disappoint and failed her
decisions. She was actually lucky to become a product of SPA curriculum
because she really adapt, tries to showcase her talents and it boost her
learnings and skills especially in music, been developed her ideas and
knowledge about Arts and she is totally ready and confident enough to show
and to leave for her own and one corner or comfort zone to perform and show
what she got and what she owns. Although, she chose to take up SPA
Curriculum, she never forgotten how education is vital to everyone. She learn
how to balance and control the things exist in the world of Art to Academics.
She really enjoy what she’s doing, she also appreciate the fact that Music is her
life, indeed. But never the significance of education leaves and been faded to
her cognitive aspects. She actually graduated in Junior High School as the
First Honors in SPA Curriculum and she got Four (4) Consecutive awards of
being achiever and first honorable in 4 year levels in Junior High School. In
times of being Senior High School student in Marcial O. Rañola Memorial
School, Silver Irid was being matured to open herself to appreciate the things
she encountered to the Senior High School Life, she took up General Academic
Strand under the Academic Track. She survive the life in K12 Curriculum
Program and she got a reward as the Top rank in her strand and been received
an award as a student with High Honors in her Senior High School. And now,
Silver Irid is in the Tertiary Level taking up Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration Major in Operations Management in Bicol University College of
Business, Economics and Management. And now embracing the next chapter
of her life and has a full determination to study hard and pursue her desires in
life.
Silver Irid M. Narra is closely the same to the old Silver Irid.
She know her priorities in her life and she firstly think and act for what is
important and right to everyone. The old and a present Silver Irid M. Narra is
continuously grow with her dignity and good attitude and perceptions in life.
She grow with the guidance of our dear almighty god and she grow with the full
support, understanding, care and love of her family. She never forget what was
her family said and warns. She know how to respect and love for others. She
didn’t ask for the love of everyone, but she only ask to accept and to show her
love to everyone. She can be your good and nice friend and be one of your
best/closest friend. She is ready to be Vulnerable – she is ready to be hurt for
someone she loves the most and she is ready to surrender her life for someone
she loved. Silver Irid M. Narra is actually now a matured person. She grow with
complete and good understanding or inclinations of herself. Now, in this very
actual moment, Silver Irid M. Narra is totally ready to face and to fight for the
struggles and obstacles she will be encounter in making her desires, plans and
wish will all do come true.
